Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 60 days of delivery, in resellable condition, for a full refund.
How to return
- Email returns@ridgelinesupply.co with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label — free on orders $100+, $8 under $100.
- Drop it at any carrier location.
- Refund posts within 5 business days of our warehouse receiving it.
What's not covered
Items damaged by use after 60 days, custom bundles not sold on this site, and items returned without their original packaging where applicable.
Defective on arrival
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@ridgelinesupply.co with a photo within 7 days — we'll replace it at no cost and no return required.
